What rules do you have to accept so that you could use Sigred?

What types of content can I upload?

The “content“ includes uploaded items. We implemented the usage of video as a way of uploading new items. When you want to upload a product, primarily you use the camera to take a video of your product. This uploadings (content) MUST NOT include stuff that is not allowed to be sold on Sigred, see above “What rules do you have to accept so that you could use Sigred ?“

Under what circumstances can we terminate your User account?

We have an obligation to terminate your User acount if:
You do not accept our Terms of Use and you violate them. In cases like these, we send you a warning before your account will be terminated. By violating our Terms of Use is considered e.g. selling items which are not allowed to sell on our platform, your incredibility within shipping of items, deceptive description of selling items or any other Term relating to our Terms of Use. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the company's aggregate liability to you (whether under contract, tort, statute or otherwise) shall not exceed the amount of thirty five dollars ($ 35.00). The foregoing limitations will apply even if the above stated remedy fails of its essential purpose.
